We offer free UPS Ground shipping to all retail customers. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking details. 

Domestic Shipping Conditions
All shipments are delivered via UPS.
APO / FPO orders are shipped via USPS.
Under UPS shipping guidelines, delivery is unavailable to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.  (Please contact a representative to ship to a military address.)
In-stock merchandise is shipped out in 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday.
Made-to-Order Items require 3-12 weeks lead time to ship.
Backorders are notified by an Kirkland’s Home Representative with an estimated arrival date.
All UPS shipments are processed with an ‘Indirect Signature Required’. If you would like to remove our ‘Signature Required’ process, please be aware we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

International Orders
For all international orders please email your order along with your shipping address to [email protected]. An Kirkland’s Home representative will contact you with an exact shipping quote and details on how to complete your order.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We want you to love your Kirkland’s Home products! If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of an item from cazoko.shop you may return it for a refund or exchange. Please note, for an item to be eligible for return, it must be in its new condition and the return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.  Please note custom orders and cut fabric are final sale.

TO MAKE A RETURN
To make a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and item. The cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS
Refunds are made in the same form as payment. Designer and dealer accounts are subject to a 25% restocking fee, consumers are not.
